Job: Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

The NorthTide Group is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer to support a DoD customer providing critical capabilities to preserve the Army’s ability to utilize friendly cyberspace capabilities and protect data, networks, net-centric capabilities, and other designated systems in all operating environments and conditions. This customer has adopted an open, flexible, scalable, elastic architecture, environment, and an agile development approach that is designed to be responsive to change driven by both the ever-evolving threat landscape, technological innovations, and availability of cyberspace solutions.

Job Duties:

• Provides direct support of DCODE Line of Effort 1 Integration-Modernization through infrastructure RMF/ATO support and baseline management of tools (DCO toolset).
• Monitor and Manage the Security related RMF
• Assessment & mitigation risk in information systems
• Lead the effort for creating, updating and resolving POAMs
• Develop and maintain security plans for DoD information systems
• Support DoD systems accreditation, certification, and authorization processes (e.g. DIACAP, RMF)
• Perform compliance auditing of information systems

Skills Requirements:

• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational abilities
• Must have strong applications skills (Excel, MS Project, Power Point, and similar applications)
• IAT Level 3 8570 Minimum Certification Required
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years equivalent experience
• Possess an Active Top Secret Clearance
