Functional Areas

NorthTide Group has built a practice upon a core methodology of strong program and project management that allows for an offering of broad technical solutions.  On a programmatic level NorthTide focuses expressly on a number of Practice Areas.  Within these areas, subject matter experts develop teams of Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Spets.  Further specialization by individual Project Managers within each Practice Area allows for a high level of expertise to be utilized across the scope of the capabilities of the Practice Areas.  Each Practice Area also fosters relationships among the broad partner community that NorthTide has developed over years of business.
