NorthTide’s Quality Assurance Program (QAP) employs the same methodology utilized in all of our projects and is a direct result of its diverse staff of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and our Project Management skills and processes/procedures. NorthTide’s QAP outlines our process for implementing proactive techniques for measuring quality and will be implemented in direct support and execution of Task Orders under the Seaport-e contract. Quality Control is a method of assessing and evaluating the quality of project support, identifying performance issues and developing processes to address performance. Our approach utilizes a combination of the best practices, industry developed surveillance tools and guidelines developed by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), coupled with our own best practices established by years of successful past performance with our customers and partners. This approach is based on the belief that continuous evaluation and subsequent continuous improvement will reap great benefits to all parties involved. To successfully accomplish our goals and requirements defined by a customer, we develop a customized QA/QC Plan which will include specific components that will serve as the foundation for conducting evaluations in all program areas, including but not limited to management, operations, financial, and administrative.
