Job Information	The NorthTide Group is seeking a Clinical Chart Analyst to assist participants with enrollment and completion of surveys, review clinical notes and collect clinical data following a set of standardized coding procedures in support of Clinical and Research Informatics for the NICoE. Duties: Participates in DOD clinical data reviews and evaluates data for accuracy prior to dissemination for clinical research; Gathers data from multiple disciplines, analyzes, codes, de-identifies and completes a quality check of the clinical data; Suggest and implement updates to make interfaces more user friendly, assist in the designing and development of digital surveys and their data dictionaries; Distribute and collect Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) surveys to service members entering into the NICoE program; Maintains participant demographic database and reviews the data to ensure the information coincides with their patient record; Manages patient assessments and surveys by appropriately inputting data into the Wounded Ill and Injured Registry; Provides insight and guidance to clinical staff in determining the most appropriate data to be extracted from clinical notes; Improved content of manuals and training material through quality checks and editing; and Reviews surveys upon patient discharge, records findings, and processes patient for follow-up assessments.
