Job: Administrative Spet / Executive Assistant (Short term position)

The NorthTide Group is seeking an Administrative Spet (Short term position) to provide administrative support services for a government customer.  Manages leadership interactions with others and maintains the office schedule. Assesses and prioritizes requests for appointments, meetings, conferences, public speaking engagements, etc.; arranges for meetings and coordinates frequent adjustments in schedules and priorities. Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports. Facilitates travel arrangements and preparation of materials needed to sustain commitments and work priorities; organizes and situates materials for optimal use by participants. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

• Directly supporting the development of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for project and the necessary documents to accomplish the estimated results;
• Creating, update and maintain various program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
• Interacting with and effectively communicate technical information with Senior Engineers, Technicians, Project Managers and Engineering Team
• Various tasks requiring skills with and experience with: Goal management; Leadership; Teamwork; Communication; and Risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work
• 6+ years of administrative support experience
• Extensive MS Office experience
• Must have strong technical writing and organizational abilities
• Must possess an Active Secret Clearance
